Torn world Ebook

What would be involved in the Ebook ? Would that contain all the stories to date ? I would like to start reading this soon and would like to know if I should wait for the ebook to come out. As soon as I figure out what I am doing, I plan on becomming a member of Torn world? EMG-zine?
