It won't be all the stories, no, but it will be 32 short stories and four poems, plus a whole bunch of illustrations and some short 'info-blurbs' that give little bits of world-setting detail. It will be a very good place to jump in, I hope, but there is a lot at the site that won't be in it, and a lot of topics we just couldn't tackle in just one book. I should have more details about it in a day or two when I open up ordering! :)
