YAY! Quick note on biting: I have found that there is a method of dealing that pretty universally works. Inevitably, she will bite at least once. Say OW! (you will anyway! Many moms try to hide their reaction; this is not a good idea!), take her off the breast, tell her no firmly (but not angrily), and then try again. Repeat until she doesn't bite. You may get nipped once or several times. It hurts like hell, but doesn't do REAL damage. (Well, unless something freaky happens or she just doesn't stop biting for ages!) You may have to repeat occasionally as she ages if you nurse for a long time. (Finn stopped when he was about 3 and a half. I think we had maybe 3 total "biting is NOT ACCEPTABLE" encounters, none after the age of 2 or so.) You might even have to go so far as to stop a nursing session completely and try again later. Probably not, though. They get the idea pretty quickly and they DO love us. And our B, as my guy called it. :)
