I still haven't looked at my books yet (avoidance overload), but I already know it will be about the same. Like Vestaka, I used to make the highest percentage of my sales to US customers, even though I'm in Australia, but now it's turned the other way and it's my australian sales keeping me afloat. And the economy here is going to doom and gloom as well. I made less than half my turnover this weekend at a medieval fayre than I did for the same one last year.
I wish there was some way we could turn it around and get people buying art products again, but I've got a feeling there's not much we can do...
If nothing else if my business starts going into the red I can move out of Sydney (which is a stupid place for me to live really, being one of the most expensive in the world...).
