I thought very hard about doing this, too - but one thing stopping me is International orders. Yes, they'd FEEL like they were getting a good deal, but I'd declare the sale price of their goods on customs, and they get taxed on THAT. If I keep the shipping cost in the shipping price, they get taxed on LESS.

I doubt they appreciate that distinction!
