Print services and the art shop can be the same, no problem! PA can also be print services, but NOT prints. (Except that print services is only prints right now, so... moot point.)

You should be able to access the PA link through the backend, but only see joining and FAQ information - you shouldn't see an option to actually submit portraits until you get the agreement mailed in. Do you see more than just the information about joining?
