Re You should be able to access the PA link through the backend, but only see joining and FAQ information - you shouldn't see an option to actually submit portraits until you get the agreement mailed in. Do you see more than just the information about joining?

PA artist's FAQ
apply for membership
PA artist email updates
adoption certificates
forum
alert an admin
logout
