Please check out this page: http://groups.msn.com/LeRoyaumedeMerkia and let me know why my logo is on their page (if it's obvious in the text somewhere...). I also looked for a contact email, but, being solely English-reading (and a smattering of bad Swedish), I couldn't find anything but this one: LeRoyaumedeMerkia@groups.msn.com, which looks very much like a members-only-list-kinda email. I'd at least like to get them to link to a *current* page and maybe list my business name somewhere. Sheesh.

It's just an introduction to their roleplay. They don't say anything about Ellen Million Graphics at all. They have the picture linked, but it isn't creditted in anyway, and no mention is made of your company.

:\

I only saw the one email address - maybe try that one, and if that doesn't work, just contact MSN groups, maybe?

Meh, little buggers even direct linked to it. :P If you wanted a simple solution, all you'd need to do is change the filename on your server. . .

Hey they nicked off with your dragon Logo and linked to the old page.. cheeky buggers! Now you need to get someone to write to them in their language asking whats going on?!!! :P

If you have access to the files for that older copy of your website, I recommend you do what Rob does:
http://www.cockeyed.com/pranks/imposter/imposter.html

Effective in the short term, might even make them think twice about doing it again (although probably not), and has the bonus of being darn funny, too. ;)

I am all for having some fun with this. You could quite easily add an "Ellen Million Graphics, http://ellenmilliongraphics.com" right on top of the dragon, which would clearly mark the image as stolen and give the correct address without being obvious you did it just to nail the little rat-bastards. ;-) That could be a legitimate change for your website (and actually it's not a bad idea to mark that logo anyway, given the number of sticky-fingered thieves and how cute the dragon is).
