I can make that face! (Sorry, so not posting a picture of me making that face!) I think it has to do with your lip muscles ... I wonder if it's like 'double jointed lip muscles' or something ... I have double jointed fingers and toes ... Or maybe some of us are just born with stretchy upper lips ...

The ironic thing was, I made that face at my niece when she was maybe a year or so old ... and she tried so very hard to repeat it back to me - and couldn't do it - and ended up crying. (The intent was to make her laugh, not cry, but watching her try to pull it off, over and over again, made ME laugh!)
