I called up a few hours ago, spoke to an honest to god person - friendly, no less! - and not a machine, got an excellent price on my ink and it's already shipped, a confirmation email in my inbox and everything.

Their webpage wasn't all that cool last time I looked, but the company behind them is fantastic. I've been doing business with them for a couple of years now, and I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else. They only ship UPS or FedEx, which is a drag if you want *cheap* shipping to AK (they don't ship ground up here), but since I order about 20 cartridges a pop, it's not too bad. I think it was $20 for this order, or about $1 a cartridge, which is waaaaay less than I've saved ordering from them.
