I made huge, huge strides on the Portrait Adoption site yesterday (and this morning) after be-moaning my frustrations yesterday morning. It's back open for adoptions (and already an adoption, though I haven't announced anything yet!), and some of the new search features are showing up in the menus. There's even a new way to sort by most-wished-for portraits: http://portraitadoption.com/wishedfor.php
I still need to go through and update all the older portraits (uuuuugggghhhh), and build a REALLY comprehensive search page, but it will be worth it at the end. Oh, and I updated my admin end to automatically send credits when an adoption is finalized, which will save me SCADS of time.

It is common to 'tip' for good service and to show appreciation, but tips aren't always in money!
And some more vacation photos, but these aren't quite as happy, so I'm putting them behind this cut in case you have a thing about snakes and bugs and would like to not see them.
