ellenmillionI felt it coming on last night.
Little snufflies. Twinge in the throat. Exhaustion radiating from inside my bones. All of sudden, I'm twice as heavy as I ought to be, pinned to the couch under my own weight.
It's not as bad this morning as I'd feared - most of the throat pain is gone, snufflies are still minor. Exhaustion and some aches, but nothing too horrible. Took echnachea in three different ways, and slept until noon. Probably won't get much done today, but I'm still on 'vacation,' so oh well...
