Missing a quote...

Someone on my friendslist posted a quote several days ago that I just loved... and didn't copy. Of course, it's pages and pages back now - I have little hope of finding it, and I don't remember who posted it, or enough of the actual verbage to do a search for it. It was about graciousness... how great people make you feel great too... and how some people try to be great by making other people feel little... or something. Have you seen this quote? I know many of us have the same friends. Or maybe YOU posted it? :)
