No, really, supposedly, I'm very bright. Score high on tests, did well in school, didn't have to study, sketched my way through upper level engineering courses without applying myself.

Despite this, I manage to do exceedingly stupid things with alarming regularity.

This time? I sent my StarGate disc back with my returned laptop!!! ARGH!!

*bangs head on desk* Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!!

(Season 10, disc 2... the disc with 200 on it. *wails*)

I'm going to go sit in the corner with my dunce hat for a while...

I'm supposed to be smart too. So I'm told. I see more evidence to the contrary every day... I blame it on the quality of intelligence with I deal with on a daily basis...my daycare's dumbing me down. :P

I did the EXACT SAME THING with a Photoshop Elements disk and felt exactly the same way. I am totally in sympathy with you. *hug*

I visited friends in Sweden a while back and took their *own* DVD back to the rental shop, where the guy told me (in Swedish, which I don't speak) that it wasn't one of theirs. I didnt have a clue so I shrugged and left after giving him the DVD.
