ellenmillionI have coding projects I want to tackle for Sketch Fest, Portrait Adoption and Torn World... all of them just complex enough to be challenging, but they feel neatly within reach. I also have some paid work to do, and I want to do some painting, I have a story I am DYING to write, and I have some scanning to do, and I have emails to do and I sort of want to do it ALL, Right Now, to the point where I don't know what to do at all and I'm a little frozen in place and blogging, instead of any of it.
I have made bread, already, and have done some general book-keeping and administrative thingies.
Tomorrow is Sketch Fest!
There is a new issue of EMG-Zine up!
Portrait Adoption artists, there is a new submitted description commission request approved! (With a decently high pricetag, no less!) In addition, we are reeeaaaalllly in need of new portraits to post! We are adopting out more than we're putting up! Got some half-finished faces in that sketchbook? Put a little spit-and-polish on them, and submit them!
In factory news, I cannot believe how wiggly my little guppy girl is. I always thought babies kicked 'once in a while,' and I was told to monitor for at least 10 kicks before noon about this time in my progression (teh Almighty Internet suggests 10 in any 2 hour period where the baby is active). I usually get 10 kicks lying in bed between snoozes of the alarm in the morning! After a little work and some cold water, holy moly, we're talking serious gymnastics. This spells certain doom for the toddler years, I fear.
