I have used that program, and it's a great one - I'd recommend it and probably would use it myself if I didn't already have Photoshop! The thing I like the Powertoy for is not having to open any program. If I want to email a little version of something big, or make a thumbnail, I can resize it without waiting for Anything. It won't do anything else (so in no way replaces a good manipulation program), but sometimes, that's all I need.
