Utterly. Wrecked.

Guppy went down at 9 last night, which thrilled me. We've been doing 8 hour nights, which I love, but they've been out of synch with our schedule... running 1 AM to 9 or so. I've been wanting to switch that to 10-6, if possible, so I can get up with Jake without sacrificing sleep. So, 9 PM seemed like a good time to go down. 45 minutes later - I wasn't quite asleep, and Guppy wakes up crying... and Stays. Up. She took two 15 minute naps between 10 and 4:30 this morning. Just long enough for me to lie down and close my eyes in relief each time. At 4:30, it finally stuck. At 6:30, I woke up as Jake got ready to go, but could not get out of bed, and Guppy slept through it, finally waking at 8:30, and she shows no signs of wanting to go back to sleep.

Did I mention? Utterly. Wrecked.

Tailbone is acting out today, and have some programming to do. Might start that now, since sleep is not looking like an option...

Teething?

I read somewhere that sleeplessness went along with brain development stages and deep sleep (with sometimes low grade fever) went along with body growth. I guess I noticed this more in toddler-stages though.

Meeps and joy to you & Guppyling! :)
