Lizard brain is winning. Going to put away Rails for the weekend and hit it with fresh eyes on Monday. Not done yet. Must not let my frustration keep me from pushing forward on other writing, either. (Over-hearing harsh criticism that probably wouldn't have been issued to my face kept me from writing for three-odd years once. I need to not do that again.)

However! I'm going to take a brief media switch and do some artwork to clear out the cobwebs. I finished a commission, which I need to get scanned, and then I have some painting to do. (Color, must do more color!) One of the things on my 2013 goals list is to do more work for PA, and I have a fun crowd-sourced idea for that to pursue next week.

I've put my book away for about three years now, I had printed it out to read it, but now I am not sure if it is the latest version or not! Dang thing still isn't done after three NaNo WriMos! Part of this procrastination is also because I am afraid to read it and see how terrible it is...My characters are probably too nice! With what stories I have been reading over the past few years, I have a clearer idea of what I want to avoid. Sort of...

(Why does the "re-captcha" thing always give me the longest words ever...>_< At least I can read them this time around.)

It would have worked better if I'd managed to paint anything I liked even a little, but the concept was sound... >.>

Heh! No worries - I HAD actually set up the story to be the first in a longer series, so you hadn't added a thing to my to-do list. :P I just can't (shouldn't) move any further forward on it until the rest of the timeline has caught up with it because So Much happens that will affect it.
