Woke up to a few more inches of snow this morning. Driving conditions in town are apparently appalling, but it's cool enough here that it's not slushified, and I don't plan on going anywhere. (Which is nice, because seriously? Since I've been a 'stay at home mom,' I stay home WAY less than I used to.)
Nine of the eleven coloring book files are off to the printer - four of them for actual copies and five for proofing. Steam Dreaming, I'm still waffling over - I did page attribution differently for this one than I have the newer titles, and while I DO want them to match, I don't really want to have to re-do everything, either... and I don't have some of the information I'd need to do that. So. Still waffling. Suspect I'll do some middle-ground and mostly change it to the new style. I also have a color file I could use for the cover now, but I didn't actually set that as a stretch goal. (And it's spendy to print in color!)
I'm all-in for Inktober - 31 ink pieces in 31 days! Craziness!
The first isn't worth showing, but the second is a piece I finished for the Zombies coloring book yesterday:

(Original is for sale, $75+ shipping.)
And the third I quite like - I doodled it watching Continuum last night:

(Original is for sale, $20 includes shipping worldwide.)
Guppy and I are playing playdoh right now; which entails her making pizza for everyone to pretend to eat. Later plans include playing in the snow, baking cookies, and a nap. Will I finish the coloring books today? It's possible...

Date: 2014-10-06 09:22 pm (UTC)I really wanted to do Inktober, but since I'm gonna be traveling/visiting family for most of the month, I figured it wouldn't be a good month to try it. I will be cheering everyone on from the sidelines, though, and maybe trying to get a few ink pieces finished of my own!
