Ahhh... the massage therapist gave me extra time, I think, and the cracks were most crack-like and now I am icing my neck with the pack held in place with a long, gorgeous scarf from songblade that I picked up at the post office today. (And I am remiss! I got delicious smelly soaps from chamois_shimi that are simply wonderful! Thank you, thank you!! And a card from ht! I'm not worthy! You guys are awesome!)




I'm pleased with myself.



I like her face least of all, but this detail shows some feathery goodness and hair and hands and all kinds of things that I am happy with.

Thank you! I'm much happier with her face after I've set it aside a while and come back with color. A little distance is a fine thing after hunching over a piece for that long. :)

It's wonderful, and not too skinny at all... I love being able to wrap it around several times without suffocating myself, and *still* having long tails! It's beautiful!! These were pens, microns, 05 and 005, but I vary between felt-tipped pens and dip pens, depending on the piece.
