#junicorn 2017 - Landing Page

I LOVE #Junicorn. I had so much fun with it last year, that I'm reprising the project. I will be doing 30 art cards in 30 days. (Not necessarily one every day, because my life doesn't work like that.)

Like last year, you can purchase the original cards, and/or prints. Any single original is $15, 2 for $20, 3 for $25, or 4 for $30. I have updated the list of originals from last year that I still have, and you can get prints of any of them. All shipping, even international, is included in the price.

Signed prints are $5 each, any 8 for $20, or 30 for $40.

NEW: Get #junicorns of your choice as magnets or bookmarks. $4 each or 5/$15. (Bookmarks no longer available!)

You may include pieces completed last year in your mixes, including originals!

This time, I'd also like to extend an offer to my artist friends! If you draw a snow-unicorn as part of your #junicorn endeavors, I will send you an original #junicorn card of your choice! You do not have to send me your original if you don't want to, but I do want to be able to add your artwork to the Torn World art gallery at the site.

And here's the artwork! I'll replace phone photos with scans as I get them finished.

To start with the obvious, a narwhal or rhinocerous.
Classic chimera with a unicorn for the goat head.
Bird-based unicorn: swan, chicken, goldfinch.
Best Horns: Blackbuck. Jackson’s Chameleon.
Clydesdale unicorn meets Shetland pony unicorn. (May not really fit on an ACEO.)
Tiny goat-based unicorn climbing on something ridiculous. (Large dog, cow, swingset, ...) (Also may not fit on an ACEO.)
Goat-based unicorn at close enough range to see its oddly-shaped pupils.
Unicorn with bluejay markings. (Your bird choice here.)
Unicorn with red-eyed treefrog markings. (Your amphibian choice here.)
Sea turtle unicorn.
Unicorn in battle armor.
Non-unicorn in armor that includes a forehead-mounted weapon.
Rhinocerous or hercules beetle as unicorn. Design-your-own unicorn beetle in white with gold or silver accents.
Unicorn foal with horn bud.
Human in a unicorn costume for a (ritual?) dance.
Apaloosa unicorn.
Unicorn with orange tabby cat markings.
Dinosaur unicorn. Modified triceratops unicorn. Brotosaurus unicorn.

Fireworks unicorn or constellation unicorn.
Windup-up/clockwork/robot unicorn. Clockwork music box with unicorn.
Glass unicorn. Maybe transparent with crazy distortions and reflections, maybe millefiori, maybe obsidian, ...
Verdigris bronze unicorn statue. Or rusting iron. Or streaky marble.
Herd of firefly unicorns.
Unicorn in uniform.
Heraldic unicorn.
Carousel unicorn.
Hippocampus unicorn.
Centaur unicorn.

Baticorn (bat-based unicorn), maybe hanging upside down, or spearing a tasty bug. (How would it get the bug back off the horn?)
Fishicorn (fish-based unicorn), which I'm imagining as kind of like a swordfish or marlin, but with the pointy bit set higher up. Might make swimming difficult.
Rayicorn (ray- or skate-based unicorn), possibly using the horn to dig up the sea floor to find delicacies hiding underneath. Or using the horn to extract something from coral.
Squidicorn (squid-based), though I'm failing on where to put the horn. Especially the giant squidicorn, which uses the horn against those pesky sperm whales.
And, of course, sperm whalicorn, which uses the horn against those pesky giant squid.
Crocicorn (crocodile-based), now even more dangerous than your usual crocodile, and likely needing more grooming birds to keep the horn clean. (Conveniently, also a perch.)
Darryl the Dopey Unicorn, who charged something, missed, and got his horn stuck in a tree.
