Back still hurts, but food and some stroking of my own vanity (ie: scanning in my work and looking at it on the screen and not hating it...) have helped my overall mood.

Finish pasghetti and then it's some good solid Wish3. No, start covers printing, then finish pasghetti, then good solid Wish3.



Yeah, I like stippling and have a great wide masochistic streak when it comes to dots. I shall finish this piece by dotting in a gradiated sky. I'm trying to decide if the bottom half of her face needs more shadow-dots.





Playing around in photoshop, maybe I'll make the sky matte black....

Me--I think the fullblack background crowds the piece; it felt more open with the white background.

Yeah, some dots on her chin would make it a little more towards realism, especially a few under the lip (feel under there on your own face; there should be a little []-shaped bit of flatness, then the jaw should gently curve out mroe)...
