Just a usual blah blah blah
Feb. 6th, 2004 10:44 amBack feels much, much better today. Slept like a rock, had poppyseed lemon muffins and Jake and good coffee for breakfast, it's snowing and pretty, and I got art time last night.
I *thought* I was finished with Freedom, but last night, I figured what-the-hey and tackled it with a black pen. And it's better! I lost some of the crispness with the layers of prisma, and I was able to bring a lot of the important bits back into focus again. I hate you people (in the nicest possible way) who can turn out work that looks this good a few per day. I've probably got 40-50 hours in that darn piece.
Saw a preview for Hidalgo last night and nearly drooled on my mermaids. It's not that I think Viggo is that handsome, really... he's kind of funny looking. But, DAMN, he's got whatever it is that makes me... ah, okay, we're getting into TMI here. Sorry. :P
Finished putting up Woodworks stuff.
I have too many passwords. I spent about twenty minutes combing my emails for the password into the adoption site. Ugh.
Drinking water like a good girl.
Apparently have nothing of interest to impart...
Off to work on splash page and card services...

Date: 2004-02-06 01:43 pm (UTC)I know what you mean about some folk spending not much time and churning out masterpieces, mine always take 30 to 50 hours zone, some even more than that(the digitally coloured stuff that is). :)
Glad to hear your back is better and you got some good sleep, always a good thing to feeling well! :)
Whoo.. Viggo, don't know about his latest film, but I get the same reaction with him as you do.. whatever he's got, it's damn fine! :D
