I am hamburger!
Jul. 15th, 2005 11:13 amAnd being hamburger is much, MUCH nicer than being a flaming ball of knotted pain. Also, I had to pay nothing, since my insurance copay was covered by the artwork I did for the chiro. HORRAH! Not sure if the rest of the massage will be covered, but it's still a nice healthy discount.
I took a half day yesterday, and will probably do so again today out of sheer physical necessity. Means important stuff isn't done. (EA book - *wails!!!*) But nothing that isn't done is REALLY SUPER important RIGHT NOW. So there. That's one reason I said Sept 1 on the EA book, not Aug 1. I should still have a proof for the fair even if I don't get the files finalized before Monday.
The first rule of deadlines: Whatever you think could be reasonable will not be. Take that deadline and give it another 50% or more.
I think the only thing I HAVE to do TODAY is get my dragoncon bio in. I've also got Kiriko's prints ready to mail, so I may as well finish that up.
Inbox hit the dreaded 200 mark today. >.< *After* spam-removal.
Okay, I've sat about as long as I dare without losing all the good work the massagist and chiro did yesterday, so I'm going to get up and move around again. After lunch, more ice and drawing on the couch with my cat. Oh yes, my life, eet is so hard. (Don't you believe me when I whine....)

True, or over the top?

I hate writing bios - they sound so VAIN.
Does this work?

Oh, I got an advance copy of the newest Harry Potter book. Not impressed. I can't believe that JK put Harry and Hermoine together... ...and killed off Snape! Good riddance, but she'll have to come up with a new oily guy now; I can't picture the next book without one. Ron's personality change was a big relief, and her treatment of mermaids was refreshing.
