Back!

Highlands was wonderful fun. Nice day - partly sunny, partly cloudy, not too cold or hot, and it didn't rain. Sold well enough - and had such a nice time - that we'll go back next year.

Camping was great fun, though I am very happy to be back in my own bed after tenting it for 6 of the last 9 nights. It rained most nights, but our tent worked great. My sleeping bag is SO comfortable, and I have the cooshy thermarest, so it wasn't really roughing it. Even some rigorous hikes, lots of lifting and carrying, packing all of EMG into the truck, standing up all day, etc, and my back only hurt one evening. (It made up for it by hurting a LOT, but some drugs and a good night's sleep got it back in shape.)
