Nov. 1st, 2008 12:47 pmI'm at 778 words! Woo! Almost halfway there, and already procrastinating with an LJ entry!
Actually, I just came back from a death march through the woods. (Jake likes to make sure that our exercise is EXERCISE, not wussy strolling through the snow.) It was lovely out, and we saw a spot where an owl had landed on something small and delicious. You could see every feather imprinted in the snow. We figure it must have had a 3' wingspan.
Now, hot chocolate, and a thousand words or so.
