I fixed me.
Nov. 1st, 2009 03:21 pmJennie and Liz and I went to the Hot Springs for Halloween.
We soaked in the pools 3 times on Saturday night, steaming in the chilly wind beneath the full moon until they closed the pool at midnight and chased us out. We rented a room (3 ways, it's not too bad), and got up in the morning for one long last soak at 3 below before driving home.
Between my efforts on Friday and several hours of natural hot springs, my back is no longer hurting, nor is my head.
I feel detoxified. Relaxed. Energized. Able to deal again.
Now, where were all those balls I was juggling...?
