Sketch Fest! And More!
Aug. 10th, 2012 11:56 amThe week decided to give me another good kick, but I think I've once again put all those fires out, and Guppy, at least, is being an angel and letting me sleep more than usual, so my brain is beginning to recover a little. A little. Less gibbering now, and a little more function.

In home stuff: Laundry is in. Made bread yesterday, and low-salt pickles that I'm very curious to try but will have to wait several weeks for. There's a local social thing tonight that I want to go to, but wish I had more energy for, because... at the risk of being a broken record, what a week. Not much in the old reserves left, and it would mean meeting new people, which is always a bit on the stressful side for me. Fair closes up this weekend, too, so the next few days are my only chance to get there. We'll see what ends up happening.
5 minutes to Sketch Fest - time to go find some pencils and paper. I'd like to do some more color this month. Maybe more with pastels - that was fun.
