The printing company says 'we didn't get your address before we shipped so you're out of luck.' I have the emails explaining it would be to another address, and I told them on the phone it would be to my billing address. Also, they didn't bother CALLING to tell me, just sent a terse email. I now have to pay to ship them to Alaska. Plus the shipping I already paid.

So peeved.

That is not right at all. Have you talked to the manager/president of the company?

My manager once told me a story of when he bought his TV he didn't know he needed an additional $300 or so piece for it to work the way he wanted and he ended up calling the president of the company in Japan, and wouldn't let up until he talked with him, they gave him the part free. ( or was that a car..I think it was the TV...)

Be polite but don't let up.
