It's been a tough couple of days or more.

The weekend, as I mentioned earlier, was pretty rough and very frustrating, though it did culminate in happy running water news. Tuesday (Monday being a 'holiday'), I got a flat tire, and had to play ferry for the nephew, and didn't get enough of anything done, though I think my tire will be okay. Yesterday, I had to work frantically on a freelance project and had a migraine ALL DAY. I also had it Tuesday night, and last night, so I'm running low on sleep reserves. Drugs were no good, and I can't do anything with ice on my eyes, so I went through the day in a haze of pain and misery - I think I pulled something stripping 10 ga. wires on top of a ladder. Or wrestling pex, maybe, or who knows, but something in the back is really Not Happy, and it's causing strain on the delicate widdle muscles in my neck. Manipulating the heat press on Tuesday was not fun, and the hundred plus shirts I have left to go make me wince in anticipation...

Today, so far, I've got one emergency Express order slated, half dozen non-Ursula shirt orders to fill (one of which is already late... *dies*), finishing of that freelance project - due today (though I'm having difficulties getting confirmation about a few things I'm iffy on), and I'm starting to get nasty-grams about Ursula's shirts and why haven't people gotten them yet... *headdesk*

I think I need stronger coffee and better drugs.

Edit to Add: And sunavabitch, it looks like I have a computer virus today, too. Oh boy.

Hmmmph. Methinks the impatient people need a little reminder that you are a one-woman operation and can only work so fast.

Nah, this one's really my fault - they wrote politely last week, and I told her they'd be out by Friday ('cause at that point, I really thought they would be!), so they were understandably upset that they still hadn't gone out and I hadn't written to tell them about the delay. Doesn't make me feel warm and squishy, but I sort of deserved this one.
