I won't be around to nag you, but I KNOW a bunch of you have music-themed pieces of artwork on your harddrives that you are just DYING to submit to EMG-Zine for May. Working my butt off... skipped gaming to fill orders, and then the power was out for an hour! Argh!

Finally got some more submissions up, but LOTS left to go through. Printing orders now, but Jake is making 'time for bed' noises that I'm inclined to listen to...

Bit of an odd question here ... how strict is the 2000 word limit for fiction? I wrote something for the music theme, and I've been trying like crazy to cut it down, but I can't get it below about 2200.

I think that'd be fine - I'm sure not going to count the words if it's close! There may be a space issue getting into the anthology (I had to leave out two stories for length in this one), but that's awfully variable.
