ellenmillionThe imaging unit that was supposed to fix my printer? Did NOT fix my printer. It is worse than ever and will need to be replaced AGAIN. ARGH.
And it's worse enough that I don't know how I'm going to get orders out!!!
(On the upside, they are replacing it with an upgrade...)
