Haven't given up on inking roses, but one of the Tell Me a Story prompts grabbed me by the throat. I have asked a few folks additional questions, which doesn't mean I will absolutely draw them, but I might, and not having asked questions doesn't mean I won't, either. You guys have amazing imaginations and I have had to be Very Good not to sit and draw them all instead of getting orders out.

Mandy's came at me almost all at once - from the vivid idea of the central characters to all the little bits and parts around... it positively flowed out of my pencil.

Critique always quite welcome! Especially at this stage.

The hands of the woman in the middle and the couple waving to each other at the bottom could stand to be larger. It looks like they are proportionally a bit too small right now, which also stifles the effectiveness of the gestures they're making. A hair larger than realistic would be good exaggeration to make their gestures more apparent and meaningful.

i love the flow of the center woman's hair. and always for a group of hooded figures. the design is cut in half through the center horizontally by the hills and rock faces, and the bottom is heavier contentwise. this isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially as you can put as much detail into the fire and the clouds on top that you want to in the finishing. very good work. can't wait to see how it turns out!
