I keep spilling off into related topics. I've already decided that Fair Use is going to have to be its own article, and I'm trying to figure out how much to say about how best to lobby for changes in a bill, and how a bill becomes a law, and what happens when there are bills in both the senate and the house and how to dissect a bill to really figure out what it means, and how much to say on why this issue became so hot and controversial.

(In related news, YES, there are Orphan Works bills, in both the house, and the senate, they have numbers and everything, and I will be doing a complete breakdown of both of them in the May issue of EMG-Zine. I have copies that are quickly being margin-scribbled now. Grab a towel, and do not panic.)
