~Wrote a weekly announcement for the artists covering adoptions, new additions and other nifty goodies.

~Answered emails.

~Got all my orders invoiced.

~Found emails that were old enough to make me weep, and answered them.

~Ate amazing leftover casserole over baked potato and watched an episode of Babylon 5

~Answered emails.

~Scanned in a commission. (Didn't I say I wasn't taking these? I might have. But I couldn't say no, and it will double as a TMaS piece. No more after this! For real this time!)

~Answered stuff at the forums, did some FP stuff.

~Answered emails.

Down to just 19 in my inbox, which is a tenth of what was there this morning. *dies*

ETA: SIX emails! WOW! My inbox hasn't been this empty since I got this account. Quick, nobody write to me.

Which B5 episode? (I recently rewatched the first season fully for the first time since watching the whole series, and almost had to build a shrine to JMS in my living room. My god his setup was immaculate.)

Isn't it incredible? I've been enjoying Debbie's observations as a first-time viewer of the series and watching from Season 1: http://www.debbieohi.com/b5/ (there's an LJ syndication, too!)

But I don't have season 3, so I've skipped ahead and am watching the episodes after the shadow war - the telepath/geribali stuff. (Episode names are beyond me right now...)

What a show!

*chokes* Oh dear god, she's about two or three eps at most from Severed Dreams. (You know Severed Dreams. It's THAT episode in Season 3.) This should be entertaining to watch.

And the thing about watching Season One this time round was I was watching it with my two roommates, who had seen it, and my one roommate's boyfriend, who hadn't, and I kept having to muffle the squealing, because I couldn't just break out with, "OH MY GOD, of course we never see her again in the series, she was promoted to the personal security of the President and is so, so dead on Earthforce One. And he was telegraphing that too with Garibaldi telling her to take care of the President and oh my god, this man's brain."

I mean, sure, it's not a flawless series, but it's worth noting that a lot of the flaws were above and beyond his control--like getting a fifth season after he'd burned up all his plotlines trying to hastily wrap things up in the fourth. (There's a popular fan theory that the fourth season would have ended with the betrayal/capture episode, or possibly the interrogation episode, had JMS been sure of that fifth season. Which oh my god, that would have hurt and been beautiful.)
