My back has been more bothersome lately than usual. The last two weeks or so, I've been getting increasingly miserable and tentative with things like walking and standing up. The last adjustment didn't seem to work its magic, and I've been thwarted in my efforts to go sit in the hot tub at the community center by the fact that they are closed for maintenance. Today, I finally broke down and scheduled a massage, and another adjustment for tomorrow, and I'm buying a better pillow, because mine's an old hunk of crap.

Tired of hurting. To the point of throwing money at it. (And insurance will cover some of it, at least...)
