Things I'm thinking about

Contribution. Generosity. Pride. Egotism. Societies. Exclusion. Honor. Intelligence. Cunning. Phishing. Taking advantage. Burn-out. "You built something beautiful, and the world doesn't care."

Why do I do things? What do I get from them?

Indecision. Rashness. Stubbornness. Optimism. Enthusiasm and wellsprings of inspiration.

Trust.

Betrayal.

Faith.

I picked cranberries today, about a gallon. I finished all my invoicing, and filled about a dozen orders. I'm down to a remarkably manageable load of emails. (I'm figuring I lost everything sent to me between 25 Jul and 1 or 2 August.) I also thought... a lot. Nothing cohesive. Lots of topics.

(My car is not yet unloaded, which became problematic when picking up even just a few groceries. My back drivers side door is booby trapped with crates and bins. My passenger seat is piled to the headrest with calendars and priority envelopes. It was a bit of a feat to get a pizza home in one piece, and I couldn't take the corners fast.)

Do you have cloudberries in Alaska like we do here in Finland? Just thought because it's also high up in the north and kinda similar enviroment :)

We do, but they don't grow on my land like cranberries do - they are found higher in the mountains and further north a little bit. I've had them before, though - they are tasty!
