The loose flap and bubbles while annoying when trying to present a product for sale, are pretty much cosmetic, I see them on products in stores pretty frequently.

Badly warped though, that is DAMAGING the product. Totally unacceptable. Definitely complain.

... Wow, that's horrible. It looks like it was done with one of those shrink wrap machines office supply stores have in their printing services section--that'd get you burn marks, easily ripped shrink wrap, and that much curling up.

I'd personnally really complain about the badly warped, burned and ripped ones. It looks to me like they were really lazy when it was time to package everything. That's just not right. =(

Totally justified. I wouldn't buy product that was warped that badly, and I really wouldn't buy anything that looked burnt.

Doesn't look very professional. I'd be pissed too. And it's YOUR reputation on the line...
