Sep. 18th, 2008 09:36 amThis morning my car was covered with a thick, thick dew - that one that says a heavy frost is just a blink away. And etched in the moisture on my front windshield was a curly little track, stretching from one end to the other.
What?

I leaned in and squinted. Some poor little gnat that you can barely make out had gotten caught in the surface tension of the dew, and dragged it's poor little gnat-self all across my windshield, wiggling and struggling against the physics of water.

Even death can be beautiful...
