Chiro visit

ellenmillionMmmrrrrfff? Necks are supposed to be able to rotate like this? Hips are supposed to move like this? I did an over-shoulder check driving back and was *amazed*.
Still hurts, still hurts a *lot*, but noticeable increase in mobility, and he warned me that there was a lot of inflammation that won't magically going to go away. I've got a icepack on my back right now.
I'll give a progress report on Monday and let you know if I'm a chiro-convert, since he warned me of pain and stiffness until then. And if not, it's time for x-rays. I'm optimistic, though, and the guy seemed to know what he was talking about.
Maybe my migraines will go away, too... he said they might.
