I got brutalized on the massage table this morning after dropping Jake off, then got a very, very tough chiropractic adjustment. I feel a little mangled right now, but that low-level headache that's been hanging around for a week is gone. I'm not sure this is an improvement yet, but I'm sure it will be.

*sucks down the water, resigned to more trips to the $%&* outhouse.*
