Muse Fizzle?

We've gotten some awesome prompts (though more are welcome!), and I've gotten three complete stories and half of one finished. But I keep opening new documents, writing a few words or a fragment and then my brain just goes off and makes motorboat noises for a while as my fingers go 'now what?'

Come back, brain! Hellloooo?

Three stories is not awful, and I quite like them, on top of that, but I'm a little floored by how complete my writer's block is. I'm not sure I've ever had it like this.

Breaking for Coke (my family is so awesome) and delicious food and I'll see what happens after that...
