First, the business!
Today, the auction for the expanding box closes:

It was really, really hard to pick a single person to sell/trade the wacom for. The offers were all really fantastic but after a lot of hmming and such, I did finally pick one. The lucky 'winner' has been contacted.
Locals! I'm helping recruiting zombies for an event on Monday! It should be a lot of fun - let me know if you're interested and I'll put you in touch with the coordinator.
Next, the blather
I'm making progress! Big strides on some programming stuff, getting things crossed off my list creatively. New updates at Torn World. (Hold onto your hat for next week! We've got plotty stories going up! Horrah! And oh, how awesome the new story review system is. I'm so VERY pleased with myself for making it work!)
Jake has the day off, but freelance comes with no paid vacation, so I'm still plugging away at my jobs. *shakes fist*

Alt is a quick way to use the color picker
Ctrl and + or - = zoom in or out
"x" toggles the colors between your two choices.
B switches you to the brush.
[ and ] enlarge or decrese brush size.
I am sure there are more. You should also be able to program the button on the pen to equal a key, say to equal alt for the color picker. I did that for mine, but I find it faster to use the keyboard shortcut. if you have one of the fancy ones, like what Ellen had, I heard that you can program the buttons on the tablet to do the shortcuts.
Another thing I have done is use the tablet as a way to trace my signature onto a picture (when I am not stealing it from other ictures and pasting it in).
Hope that helps a bit. :)
