Another FAQ question...
Jan. 13th, 2011 11:23 amI was thinking about format for the FAQ, and thought to ask: how do you like your FAQ presented? With a list of questions at the top that jumps down to the answers? (ala PA) I was also thinking about folding the page, so that the list of questions is what you see at first, but when you click on the question, it unfolds right there (the page doesn't reload, you don't jump, and you DEFINITELY don't go to a new page [I hate that]). Or is it better just to have the question, then the short answer, maybe with an unfold for a more detailed answer? Hmmm....

No new pages, definitely! I really don't mind jumps, though ...
