Snowing.

It's snowing today - like MAD. I've shoveled the front porch three times, and you can't tell, and I had to brush off the van and shed. I've been working on some web thingies for clients, cleaning up my databases (old, old stuff - like the version of my personal site in 2005 and other goodies like that) and writing, between baby wrangling, laundry, bread and cleaning.

I am spitting distance to the end of the Rails series. One installment. Maybe two. Possibly three if it gets away from me. But I'm thinking just one. It's exhausting and exciting. I'll have to add up the bits to see what the wordcount might be - I have no earthly idea. I've been working on this for THREE years. I'll toss it together as an ebook eventually, and I have a few ideas for backstories that would flesh it out nicely as a bit of a buyer perk. Considering that it started as a one-off story, and wasn't intended as a real serial until more than halfway through, it's less disjointed than it deserves to be. I keep checking the canon queue wondering if anyone else has read the 5 installments in the queue yet and has anyone commented and did they like-it-I-am-nothing-but-a-hack-oh-god.

Ahem.

I LOVE when shots like that happen! I have one of Finn, wrapped in his towel after his bath, on his Boppy, that's just OMGBEAUTIFULBABY, too. So glad you got one! (Not that it was really that hard with Ms. Ridiculously Adorable and Photogenic over there. ;))
