ellenmillionA quick question - does anyone know of any good art/writing/self-representing blogs or magazines that would be interested in a guest post on my Kickstarter experience? I've got a pretty good article that just needs a little polish, and I'd love it to get a wider audience than just my blog.
Also, those of you doing NaNoWriMo this year? SO MUCH ENVY. I want to, so badly. But I know crazy when I see it. And sometimes I'm wise enough to avoid it. But not always.
For example! I am poking at the idea of putting out a zombie coloring book, in double-time. I have a wholesale client interested, but she wants them in hand by the end of the month. Any artists have some awesome zombie linework they'd like to submit? Or interested in doing some in the next week? I'm going to evaluate the project by the end of next week, and if we've got enough work at that point, I'm going to push forward with it. Let me know if you'd like more details.
Guppy has had me up at 1 AM the past two mornings (real 1 AM, not fake, broken-watch 1 AM), so I'm a little zombie like, myself. She was up early this morning and has eaten buckets of food already, so I'm wondering if we'll get a long nap that will let me get lots done. She's sitting in Papa's chair right now reading to herself. This is a photo in my chair from a few days ago:
I really, REALLY have to finish that load of laundry that's in the dryer. For one, I'm out of socks, and for two, there's a load in the washer with no where to go. And it's got both of my bath towels in it!
I also have a heap of Kickstarter and 20 Days things to do! I've got the ACEOs about half laid out for printing, and *Asterix is about half compiled as well. Once the PDF for that is out, I can mark half my orders 'rewards delivered,' which would be super nice.
Off to do what I can while she's self-entertained...
