I have several exciting artwork announcements! (I intended to post about them yesterday, but a certain three-year-old metaphorically stole yesterday and licked it all over. Ew!)

The first is that I am going to be the featured artist in the November issue of Color On! This is a new digital magazine for grown-up coloring, and the November issue will have an interview with me, and five exclusive coloring designs that are honestly some of my best pieces yet. The editor, Mary Winters-Meyer, has posted a teaser of her color version of one of the pieces:



I'll be releasing (web previews of) the five pieces over next week - but the only place to get the high-resolution images to color before next year will be through Color On! They have full-year subscriptions, or you can buy just the November issue (though possibly not until a little later... I'll post a link when it's available!).

I am also going to be the featured artist at SPOTLIGHT on the Art and Artists of Coloring. This is a closed Facebook group - you have to join to see the content (it's free!). You will get a free coloring page (Let Your Hair Down, my Rapunzel piece), and I will be doing a week-long Q&A. One of them! The other was the Wildflowers coloring book! Between the two projects, that was 11 big pieces (though these five were by FAR more complicated...).

The sample wildflower pictures -- especially with the detailed butterfly! -- looked plenty complicated to me. I guess they're more straightforward design-wise? And maybe not so detailed as the cat wings?
