I'm feeling less destroyed!

Still working on the story, too... but switching over now to finish that last, stubborn half-scene of the epilogue for my not-a-book, which has a deadline now, while Guppy has her quiet time.

Also, huh, I had thought your not-a-book projects were generally setup to be without deadlines. <curious>

Generally, they don't have deadlines, but when a book is close to being finished, it may get put on a publishing schedule - and this one is extra complicated because I'm doing a crossover with another participant and we wanted our books to come out in quick succession (her's first). I'm sure that if I'd said 'no, I can't do this for another two weeks,' that things would have been moved around, but it would be NICE to meet the original target dates, and since I can, I will.

So troublesome! So cute!
