Darnit, I wish I was going home in half an hour. Stupid overtime! Stupid ridiculous expectations!

I feel apologetic... I've been terribly whiny today. Many of you are going through your own tough times, and really, I don't have much to complain about. Just hurting and resenting the upcoming overtime and feeling nostalgic. Don't mind the skinny girl behind the keyboard... :P She'll carry on, and she has very cute shoes that she is still smitten with.

What's the point of having a journal if you can't whine to it now and then. You shouldn't apologize for expressing your feelings. I'm grateful to know when you're down because even if I don't comment, I'm still sending warm thoughts your way and hoping things get better for you soon. *hugs* You get to have your down times just like the rest of us. Don't apologize for your feelings!! :)

(although I do know how you feel - sometimes I feel I do an inordinate amount of whining myself. However, I also remind myself that just like everyone else, my journal only shows a tiny slice of my life... We never know the whole story about each other, and it's a good thing to be able to help one another in those "down times".)
