Anticipation...

*yawn* Slept fitfully last night. Strange, half-remembered dreams.

Orders to fill tonight, and lots and LOTS to print. Emails to finish today. Endless housework to do. So much I want to do with the webpage (including a TON with wholesaling info - retail packaging looks super-spiff) it's not even funny. Can't wait until I have an actual whole day off. Looks like August, when Jennie's going to be up here. Maybe I could get *all* the updates done then. Wouldn't that be sweet! I love fair time. I wish it was always fair time. It's crazy and busy and I'm terrible at remembering names, but I feel like I'm being crazy and busy towards MY goals, not some dead-end job that I have a mild distaste for.

(Though to be completely fair, it's only a dead-end job because I have no desire to advance past my current cushy, mindless position.)

I probably have more to say, but I've got too much to do.

I have the same thing going on with my job ( I like the cushy mindlessness, yet I hate it), except now I am being forced to fill in for a manager and an AM1...I still think it is some sort of conspiracy because my boss, before he left for a better job in the company, was saying he'd discussed with the other two AMs(who are gone now) how I could be a manager, but to not worry because he wasn't going to recommend me. I don't want the responsibility of the manager! I should get battle pay! GRRR! I HAVE TO WORK ON MY &*^*^ BIRTHDAY!!! (Sorry about the screaming, Ellen...>_< )
So today is the last day of our AM1 who is going to a job that will treat her a bit better... I am stressed....I feel like I want to quit, but I can't because I need a job...:( On the good side all the moping and thinking has produced some good art...And the regional manager said that they have a few more people to interview for the manager position......*sigh* Sorry for all the venting on your page, I hope you get your day off soon!
